FELT – RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At FELT, every product is crafted with intention, packed with care, and shipped with responsibility. Still, we understand that issues can occur. Here's everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and delivery support policy.

1. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you've received a product that is damaged, defective, please initiate a return or replacement request within 4–5 days of delivery.

To request:

Email us at contact@trendsrhere.shop with your order ID, issue details & connect with our customer service representative at 9354596151.

Attach a complete unboxing video (parcel opening from start to end, unedited).

Share clear photos of the damaged item, all angles, and original packaging.


> ⚠️ Requests made after 5 days of delivery or without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

2. PACKAGE DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

If your parcel appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

Mention the damage in the delivery remarks section when accepting the order from the delivery agent.

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and parcel before opening.

Then proceed with the unboxing video as usual.

 3. LOST IN TRANSIT OR NON-DELIVERY

If your product is lost during transit, or is not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe (usually 5–7 business days unless mentioned otherwise) then we will take appropriate resolution steps depending on the situation.

4. GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

Returns or exchanges are considered only if:

The product is unused, unworn, unwashed

Tags and original packaging are intact

Valid proof (photos + unboxing video) is submitted within 4–5 days

There is a genuine issue like damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

5. IN BELOW CASES, RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We do not accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong size ordered by the customer (We urge all customers to check the size chart carefully and make thoughtful selections).

No defect or damage, but change of mind.

Minor color variations due to screen settings.

Size variation within ±0.5 inches (considered standard tolerance).

6. REPLACEMENTS / REFUNDS  will be processed only for:
